RAW: 'Fire devils' or fire tornados in Portugal caught on camera

As Portugal is battling another wave of wildfires with temperatures still high, a rare phenomenon known as a ‘fire devil’, a kind of fire tornado, was caught on camera Saturday evening by Portuguese broadcaster TVI. The so-called fire devils are formed when flames are caught up in the middle of dust and wind. On Sunday, 1,000 firefighters were on the ground battling five wildfires across the country.
